We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. This role is a key contributor in expanding our reach across digital channels.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring collaboration with school-wide departments and external stakeholders. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will develop content for our website, social media, and newsletters. You will also coordinate across digital platforms with a team of two and report to the Manager, Marketing & Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementing our digital marketing strategy
  • Support implementation of digital campaigns and projects
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign analysis, including tracking and reporting
  • Create and manage content across social media platforms
  • Update the social media content calendar to ensure alignment with our strategy
  • Monitor and update our website content
  • Assist with developing and implementing SEO and SEM strategies
  • Develop marketing collateral and liaise with external agencies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience with video editing, project management, and other digital communications experience
  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and increasing engagement
  • Website management skills and experience with CMS platforms, SEO, and SEM strategies
  • Demonstrated experience writing, editing web content, and email marketing campaigns
  • Ability to report and provide insights from online data and analytics
