This role involves leading and supporting staff on clinical topics, promoting a culture of learning and development.
The successful candidate will champion continuous learning, enhance clinical excellence, and foster system-wide improvement while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practice models.
Key Responsibilities- Lead education programs and initiatives.
- Promote a wellness model.
- Consult with clinical leaders and support teams to address clinical risks.
- Oversee safe medication management.
- Support regulatory compliance and sound clinical governance.
- Holds current Registration with AHPRA.
- Hold relevant qualifications in training and assessment or graduate certificate in clinical education.
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate clinical experience in aged care and 3 years as a trainer/educator.
- Ability to prepare, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs across three Sydney based locations.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Aged Care Act.
- Solid experience using Microsoft suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrate advanced practice expertise with ability to work within an interdisciplinary team environment.
