Clinical Governance and Education Lead Position

This role involves leading, supporting and educating staff on clinical topics to promote a culture of learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and sound clinical governance while collaborating with teams to address clinical risks.
  • Lead the development and implementation of education and training programs to improve clinical systems and processes.
  • Foster a wellness model with stakeholders and ensure adherence to best practice models and standards.

The ideal candidate will have current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a minimum of 5 years post graduate clinical experience within aged care.

Critical Requirements
  • Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain) or Diploma of Training Design and Development or Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a trainer/educator.
