Liquid Treatment Plant Specialist

We are seeking a Liquid Treatment Plant Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, safety-conscious and ready to grow in the waste management industry.
Main Responsibilities- Operate and monitor the performance of the Liquid Treatment Plant
- Conduct sampling and basic testing of liquid waste
- Ensure waste meets specifications for disposal or recovery by operating equipment as instructed
- Work closely with Team Leaders to manage day-to-day waste processing activities
- Maintain accurate records of operational processes
- Ensure required supplies and tools are available to support plant operations
- Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues
- Follow all safety, quality and environmental guidelines
- You must be a reliable team player who takes pride in doing things safely and properly
- You should have the right attitude, enjoy practical work and be willing to roll up your sleeves
- A current driver's license is essential
- Willingness to work early morning shifts is required
- Strong time management and basic literacy and numeracy skills are necessary
- Good communication and a customer-focused mindset are key
- A strong commitment to safe work practices is essential
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment is crucial
