Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Liquids Treatment Plant Specialist to join our team at Dandenong South, Victoria. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to grow in the waste management industry.
As a Liquids Treatment Plant Specialist, you will be involved in operating our Liquid Treatment Plant, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant handling of liquid waste materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the performance of the Liquid Treatment Plant
- Conduct sampling and basic testing of liquid waste
- Operate equipment as instructed, ensuring waste meets specifications for disposal or recovery
- Collaborate with Plant Team Leaders to manage day-to-day waste processing activities
- Maintain accurate records of operational processes
- Ensure required supplies and tools are available to support plant operations
- Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Strong time management and basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Effective communication and customer-focused mindset

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
