The Public Trustee and Guardian for the ACT supports clients by promoting their rights, interests, and life decisions. The organization delivers exceptional trustee outcomes for the community through a range of functions and services under various legislation.

A finance professional with expertise in financial markets, planning, or accounting is sought to serve as a Finance and Investments Officer in the Finance and Investments Unit. This role involves working in a close-knit team within a busy unit, primarily assisting with trust account maintenance, including financial processes and managing Common Funds.

Responsibilities include financial duties such as end-of-month processing, accounts payable and receivable, and administering PTG's Common Funds, including investment plans and client reviews.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are highly desirable.
