Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our afternoon team at the Arndell Park Workshop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a skilled trade workforce, diagnosing complex issues and ensuring the maintenance of refrigerated fleets. We require a leader with strong focus on supporting their team, overseeing compliance and safety standards. A trade qualification in Diesel Mechanic is essential along with extensive industry experience working with refrigerated vehicles.

  • Supervise the afternoon shift team.
  • Diagnose and rectify vehicle issues.
  • Conduct daily reporting of shift activities.
  • Carry out routine servicing of refrigerated vehicles.

Key Skills Required:

  • Diploma in Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanics (Essential)
  • Prior experience working with refrigerated fleet operations advantageous
