A Day in the Life:
  • Managing facilities, workplace services and fleet operations with internal and external partners, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with directors and teams responsible for providing workplace services in agile environments.
  • Liaising with contractors regarding building issues and staff regarding unscheduled requirements or changes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who can successfully manage multiple issues and resolve them. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership experience and the ability to drive a customer-focused culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participating in operational partnerships to deliver facilities and fleet operations portfolios.
  • Developing and implementing facilities and fleet operations programs, projects and services ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation, identifying and implementing strategies to ensure property, facilities and fleet outcomes are stakeholder focused and service delivery meets current and future requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, commitment to values and operating procedures, and previous experience in a highly regulated industry.
