Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and seamless production of our high-quality products.

This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Providing hands-on support and guidance to production staff, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production operations
  • Maintaining accurate production records and reporting on key performance indicators
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong technical knowledge of production processes and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
