
Regulatory Change Manager

About the Role:
As a key member of our Central Compliance team, you will be responsible for managing regulatory change and driving continuous improvement. Your primary stakeholders will be within the compliance department, providing opportunities to develop expertise in obligations register management, incident and breach management, policy lifecycle management, compliance training, and regulatory risk management.
You will be tasked with accurately identifying all relevant regulatory change alerts impacting the organization, conducting an initial impact assessment, and escalating high-impact alerts to the Senior Partner - Regulatory Change for guidance on managing regulatory risk. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of alerts from identification to implementation and updates to the obligations register, while proactively identifying and escalating potential issues to the Senior Partner.
Additionally, you will support the Senior Partner in developing and preparing the monthly regulatory change working pack and newsletter for distribution to the organization.
About You:
We are seeking an individual with sound knowledge of banking and finance laws and regulations, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large caseloads, meeting tight deadlines, and contributing to a collaborative environment centered around achieving the compliance function's purpose and ways of working.
While a legal background is desirable, it is not essential. What is crucial is your ability to apply compliance knowledge within the banking and financial services industry to drive success in this role.
