We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Professional to provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals in our residential aged care settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and who values the importance of providing personalized care and support.

As a Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be required to support residents with their lifestyle activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of culturally diverse environments and a warm and personable approach. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach to meet the changing needs of our residents.

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum 6-12 months of experience working in Residential Aged Care
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care or Disability
  • NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
  • Drivers License and your own registered vehicle
  • Available for ongoing and on-call weekday shifts
