Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our National Customer Support team as a Service Delivery Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all inbound customer queries, resolving issues related to parts orders, pricing and stock availability in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels, resolving customer complaints and issues, processing internal/counter sales orders and creating purchase orders and invoices.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- ability to navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously
