Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in communications and be able to develop engaging content to drive customer action.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to adapt content for different channels and lifecycles. They will also have experience working with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce (or Marketo).

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality customer communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that meet business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years' experience in communications at an agency or internal department, preferably within a Marketing or Customer Communications team.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a sound understanding of the marketing and communications function.
  • Ability to adapt content and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.
  • Digital and social media experience.
  • Proven experience using marketing automation platforms and Salesforce (or Marketo).
