About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you lead the charge in creating captivating content that elevates our client's unique offerings across digital and offline platforms.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing imaginative marketing initiatives that bring our client's venues to life through engaging content and audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead creative content strategies that amplify our client's distinctive propositions across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop and execute paid and owned media strategies with a focus on SEO to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Lead a team of content specialists, photographers, and graphic designers to create harmonious blends of creativity and consistency.
  • Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement in future content planning.
  • Contribute to the optimization of online presence through handling marketing automation, landing pages, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling collateral for various channels.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with:

  • 2-4 years' experience in social media, paid media marketing or content roles within hospitality, food, or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media analytics tools and Google Analytics.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with and engage target audiences.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing paid media strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective writing skills for different audiences.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
