Gardening Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team in Rockingham, providing gardening and maintenance services to seniors and NDIS customers. The successful candidate will have previous experience in gardening, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide gardening and maintenance services to customers in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with volunteers and other team members to achieve service goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the development of service plans and goals, ensuring they align with customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in gardening and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people of varying abilities.
- Basic computer and paperwork skills.
- Current Western Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency.
