Equipment Technician Job Description

This role involves leading quality calibration initiatives at McDonald's sites across Queensland. Key responsibilities include providing quality calibration services to McDonald's restaurants, implementing projects, and reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.

About This Role

This exciting opportunity requires a candidate with excellent customer service skills, ability to develop strong knowledge of cold drink equipment, and high attention to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality calibration services to McDonald's restaurants on a day-to-day basis.
  • Implement projects related to quality calibration.
  • Report to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Agile work habits and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives/resources.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Electrical – minimum Cert 2.
  • Beverage (Postmix & Frozen) dispenser knowledge preferred but not essential.
