Property Management Coordinator
Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Property Management Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our retail properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop positive relationships with tenants and respond promptly to their requests.
- Administer all leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenants.
- Monitor financial transactions related to leases and contractual obligations.
- Prepare reports, documents, presentation materials, and minutes for meetings as required.
- Perform general property, office, and administrative tasks, including greeting clients, attending meetings, and monthly reporting.
- Previous administration experience with high attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to thrive in a busy environment.
- Superior communication skills to build strong working relationships.
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or working towards it.
