This festive season, we are seeking individuals to join our team to support car park, concierge and valet services across various locations in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and experience
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and provide assistance with their needs
  • Offer directions, information and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promote and sell gift cards and other services

You will be expected to work in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting customers with confidence and providing a memorable experience. Availability from September to February is required, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
