Job Opportunity: Palliative Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Palliative Medicine Specialist to provide comprehensive assessments and direct care for patients referred to our palliative care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments of patients' symptoms, psychosocial needs, and develop ongoing care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and evidence-based best practice initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Extensive experience in Palliative Medicine (at least 3 years postgraduate training).
  • FRACP (or eligibility) in Palliative Medicine and FAChPM (or eligibility).
