Job Title: Enterprise Architecture Practice Lead

About Us: Kirra Services is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the ICT sector, and we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architecture Practice Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Enterprise Architecture team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Architecture Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework, aligning with business strategies and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into effective architecture solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying technical expertise to drive innovation and improvement in the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in ICT, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role covering multiple disciplines such as Data, Cyber, and Information Management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills;
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills (across all levels of the organization);
  • High Attention to Detail, Aptitude to Manage and Prioritize Tasks.
