You will be required to undertake the following services:
- Deliver Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Provide professional engineering judgement in the development and delivery of the Minors program.
- Lead Requirements Development: Contribute to the development of User/Business and System requirements documentation across the work program.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure conformance to standard templates, processes, and procedures required to deliver requirements in each specific phase.
- Business Analysis: Lead or contribute to the analysis of detailed business requirements, including problems, opportunities, initial solution design, and capture, planning activities, financial modelling, and cost analysis.
- User Requirements Capture: Capture and document User/Business requirements and needs of the Users, Support and Sustainment community stakeholders, Defence Capability Managers, and Capability Development sponsors in support of the program.
- Coalition Services Integration: Lead or contribute on updates to Coalition Services Integration services catalogue, particularly in the production of user scenarios, user/business requirements, and system/technical requirements.
- Compliance and Coordination: Work with relevant intra-organisation SMEs and multinational to ensure compliance with organisation requirements.
- Task Management: Utilise the DMRI SharePoint Task Tracker and other business tracking functions as directed by the management team.
- Program Reporting: Provide SME inputs into Program reporting requirements as applicable.
