Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Solution Consultant to join our team, helping drive the adoption of People Analytics. As a key member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll work closely with Account Executives to evangelize, influence, and articulate the value of people analytics and Visier's solutions to prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to understand client pains, applications, and data landscapes.
  • Explain Visier's differentiation and value proposition compared to traditional reporting & BI solutions, homegrown systems, competitors, and Core HR systems.
  • Create demo content aligned to customer needs.
  • Deliver world-class presentations and demos showcasing how Visier solutions meet customer needs and transform their organizations.
  • Ensure successful communication of client requirements to the Visier customer success team.
  • Develop solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
  • Become a Visier solution expert, understanding how Visier addresses different analytics use cases.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in general people analytics or a specific field like employee engagement analytics, talent acquisition analytics, etc.
  • 8+ years of experience as a pre-sales solution consultant or a similar field-based customer-facing position.
  • Background experience in business intelligence and/or data warehousing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable.
  • Comfortable working with and presenting to senior and C-level audiences.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivated, results-oriented attitude.
