Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced dental officer to join our team in Eurobodalla. This is an exciting opportunity for a general dental practitioner to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our dental services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of preventative/population health approaches to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based clinical care to patients, including diagnosis and treatment/management of dental diseases and dental health problems from basic to moderately complex.
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate clinical records, including paper-based and electronic records.
  • Assist in the development of policies, procedures, standards, and practices, quality activities, and may participate in research activities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A dental qualification eligible for registration as a dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to a preventative/population health approach to patient care.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively and sensitively with a wide range of individuals.
