Key Responsibilities
  • Drive future thinking and best-in-class facility designs, leading executive engagement throughout the full project lifecycle to deliver transformational customer, team, and safety outcomes.
  • Lead the development and delivery of distribution and fulfilment centre designs to meet our customer, safety, and operational objectives.
  • Lead the evaluation of alternative facility concept layouts, including automation solutions, with the support of project teams and external consultants.
  • Develop and deliver DC capital and operating cost models and requirements to underpin project business cases.
  • Provide expertise in specification and procurement of MHE and Automation systems.
Requirements
  • Facility/supply chain design experience, including manual handling and automation.
  • A functional understanding of AutoCAD.
  • Experience in Distribution, Retail, FMCG, and/or e-Commerce industries.
  • Strong analytical modelling skills (Labour, Operating Cost, DILO, Material Flow).
  • A Bachelor degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or other area.
