We're seeking a talented Solutions Design Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in our distribution and fulfilment centres.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions to drive customer, team, and safety outcomes.
  • Lead the evaluation of alternative facility concept layouts, including automation solutions, to meet our customer, safety, and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformational projects and drive business growth.
  • Provide expertise in specification and procurement of MHE and Automation systems.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in facility/supply chain design, including manual handling and automation.
  • Strong analytical modelling skills, with a focus on labour, operating cost, DILO, and material flow.
  • Functional understanding of AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Experience in Distribution, Retail, FMCG, and/or e-Commerce industries.
