About Our Role

The RFDS General Practice Clinic in Kalgoorlie is part of our strategy to make a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of people living and working in regional Western Australia. We strive to expand our Primary Health Care services for a bigger community impact. One key initiative is to establish this inaugural clinic, partnered with the local education facility, to provide practical experiences for students and support the community to manage their health.

About You

We are looking for a General Practitioner to deliver high-quality care to patients and the community. To be successful, you will need to have prior experience working in General Practice and hold your Medical Registration, along with specialist qualifications. The role involves supporting the delivery of quality care by working closely with the team to develop and deliver efficient and effective care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of quality care by working closely with the team.
  • Provide clinical care to patients by delivering preventative care and health promotion.
  • Provide clinical support to other healthcare professionals.
  • Create a strong sense of teamwork and promote clinical excellence.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Promote education and training opportunities for students.
