**Job Description:

As an early childhood educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our young students. You will work closely with a supportive team to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and growth.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and caregivers

• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

 

**Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to demonstrate fun, creativity, warmth, and storytelling skills

• Passion for inspiring children and a playful spirit

• Knowledge of EYLF, Child Safe standards, and child development
