Eden Academy Pascoe Vale is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Educator to join our team. As a child-safe organisation, we are committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Our nursery offers a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. We create the perfect setting for 78 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

As our next Lead Educator, you'll be responsible for designing engaging learning environments that empower children as independent learners. You'll nurture curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child, inspiring inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching.

About This Role
  • Develop high-quality care and inclusive leadership programs by creating tailored learning experiences that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
  • Design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners by fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Nurture curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child by promoting social-emotional learning and providing opportunities for reflection and growth.
  • Inspire inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching by establishing positive relationships and creating a supportive learning environment.
Key Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Be current with a Working with Children Check and possess Australian Working Rights.
  • Have strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards, and be able to apply this knowledge effectively in practice.
  • Present professionally and warmly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be confident and curious, with a desire to build relationships with families and the local community.
  • Exhibit a team-first attitude and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families.
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility across all shift patterns.
