About the Role

As a Childcare Director, you will be responsible for planning engaging activities, supervising children, and building strong relationships with the school and community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver enriching experiences for children

  • Supervise children during service times
  • Build strong relationships with the school and community

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma qualification (or equivalent) as per ACECQA standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Confident communication skills with children, parents, and school principals
  • A passion for teaching children and creating enriching experiences
