About the Role

As an Australian Nuclear Electrician with the Australian Defence Force, you will be part of a team responsible for the supervision, operation, maintenance, and administration of naval nuclear propulsion plants and associated equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and maintaining power and distribution systems, lighting systems, motors, and controllers.
  • Troubleshooting and testing electrical circuits.
  • SUPERVISING THE SAFE AND SECURE OPERATION OF THE NUCLEAR REACTOR, STEAM PLANT, PROPELLER PLANT AND AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT.
