About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of quality assurance professionals and ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective execution of quality-related activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and customers to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Participate in quality management reviews and regulatory audits to ensure readiness and successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in a science or engineering-based field or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong understanding of cGMP principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust with internal and external customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply GMP principles.
