  • The ability to simplify complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences is essential.
  • Proficiency in R, Python, Stata, or SAS is desirable.
  • An interest in the care and disability sector is expected.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work independently or in teams are necessary.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to improve outcomes are required.
