About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health Economist to lead our economic evaluations team. This role will involve designing, executing, and communicating cost-effectiveness analyses to inform policy, access, and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and adapt cost-utility analyses, Markov models, partitioned survival, decision trees, and other economic evaluation methodologies.
  • Lead the development of economic evaluations for submissions to regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Apply economic methods to broader frameworks such as SROI and impact assessment.
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and relevance.
  • Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and client relationships.
  • Support internal capability-building and mentoring of junior staff.
About You

You will be a curious and detail-oriented health economist with a strong track record of delivering high-quality economic analysis in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • Masters degree or PhD in health economics, economics, public health, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HEOR, consulting, academia, pharmaceutical/medtech, or similar industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in economic modeling (Excel, TreeAge, R, or similar platforms).
  • Practical experience preparing submissions for regulatory agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
  • Experience with SROI, impact assessment, or value frameworks.
  • Peer-reviewed publications or conference presentations.
  • Experience in biostatistics, particularly applied to clinical trial data or real-world evidence.
