Key Responsibilities- Partner with client groups to improve organisational effectiveness and develop strategic HR initiatives
- Provide timely and specialist HR advice to resolve complex people issues and develop commercially focused human resource solutions
- Consult with client groups to develop and execute contemporary integrated strategies and initiatives that build management capability and support business needs and objectives
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
- Proven experience in a Senior HR generalist role within a complex and dynamic industrialised environment
- Experience in case management of complex employee relation matters and grievances with the ability to negotiate satisfactory outcomes
- Proven facilitation skills in coaching and influencing senior leaders and senior leadership teams to achieve outcomes with competing priorities
