Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of contractor and sub-contractor groups at our site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the construction of a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is delivered according to established time, cost, quality, and compliance standards.
This includes monitoring project progress, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and advocating for a zero-harm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of contractor and sub-contractor groups, ensuring compliance with design, technical, and quality standards.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental policies, demonstrating leadership in safety culture and practices.
- Monitor project progress against contractual obligations, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare non-conformance reports for deviations from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Foster strong relationships with project personnel, contractors, and maintenance teams to facilitate effective project delivery.
- Proven supervisory skills and experience in contract administration and supervision.
- Demonstrated field leadership on major construction projects.
- Strong understanding of HSE compliance and regulatory obligations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships in a team environment.
