Airwallex Bill Pay provides customers with a single place to collect, approve, and pay vendor invoices while syncing into their accounting system for faster reconciliation. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will help scale our Bill Pay product to meet growing demands.

You will define and implement our technical strategy to meet evolving product challenges, breaking new engineering ground and paving the way for other teams to follow.

Responsibilities:

  • Complex Features: Delivering complex frontend features with React and TypeScript, including requirements breakdown, time estimation, and active participation in team planning.
  • Micro FE Web Applications: Build micro FE web applications with domain-based design architecture.
  • Product Roadmap: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define the product roadmap, prioritize projects, and ship incrementally to production.
  • Backend for Frontend (BFF): Leverage Apollo GraphQL as BFF to build scalable and high-performance node services with simple integration.
  • Design System: Cooperate with the design team to build a design system with common components.
  • Cutting-Edge Technologies: Actively engage with our Frontend Guild, research cutting-edge technologies, and drive initiatives to build high-quality products and clean up technical debt.

We're looking for a talented individual with expertise in modern frontend web technologies, strong customer orientation, and a proven track record of product thinking.

Salary: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience.
