Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to support the efficient management of infrastructure and facilities management related works on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will provide project coordination knowledge for the delivery of project objectives, ensuring that time, budget, compliance and quality objectives are met.

Key responsibilities include identifying, planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities using effective project management methodology, developing and compiling all relevant project plans, business cases, progress reports and documentation required to support the implementation of key deliverables.

  • Identify, plan, schedule and monitor project activities
  • Develop and compile all relevant project plans and documentation
  • Provide project administration support including meeting minutes, agendas and presentations
  • Produce comprehensive schedules in various formats and detail
  • Translate project deliverables, activities, date constraints and milestones

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification or trade background with strong FM/Project Management experience
  • Degree in a building or construction discipline
  • Diploma of Project management
  • Minimum of 5 years program/project management experience with a variety of multi-disciplinary programs/projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

This role requires a high degree of personal integrity, credibility, capacity for innovative thought and action, and ability to work as a member of a team with minimal direction and supervision.
