Team Leadership Role

The Team Manager role involves leading a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste management.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving results and delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team to ensure daily tasks and operations are covered.
  • Create rosters and work schedules for team members.
  • Work with leadership teams to identify challenges and areas of opportunity.
  • Complete time and attendance activities, including tracking hours and managing absences.
  • Order consumables, such as cleaning supplies, within budget.
  • Contribute to core operational tasks alongside the team, including cleaning and trolley collection.
Requirements:
  • Ambitious mindset and passion for people development.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Good eye for detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Physical fitness essential for physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work with other department managers and leadership teams.
  • Organized and able to manage equipment and supplies effectively.
  • Comfortable working within regulated frameworks.
  • Valid full Australian drivers license essential.
