Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with the Project Director in delivering high-quality redevelopment projects by overseeing construction, tenant coordination, and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular updates on project status and costs through reports
  • Lead and manage tender processes using innovative procurement strategies
  • Achieve stakeholder sign-off on designs and various stages of development
  • Oversee consultant and tenant appointments, ensuring commercial and contract management outcomes
  • Coordinate consultants and contractors to meet design, technical, and quality specifications
  • Perform value engineering to maximize development returns while minimizing disruption
  • Ensure strong risk management and safety performance throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in commercial development, particularly in retail
  • Strong leadership experience in fast-paced project environments
  • Advanced contract negotiation and administration skills
  • Expertise in managing large-scale construction projects
  • Solid understanding of retail and mixed-use tenancy design guidelines
  • Proficient in managing budgets and schedules
