About this role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and documents related to proposals, project setup, variations, and financial tracking.
  • Support with timesheet and expense claim processing, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
  • Assist in creating, tracking, and archiving project documentation using our Document Management System.
  • Provide procurement support by obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, and managing goods receipt and dispatch.
  • Coordinate project mobilizations, including travel arrangements, compliance with medical and induction requirements, and logistical support for employees.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Experience in project administration and document control.
  • Exposure to the Mining, Construction, or Engineering industries (desirable).
  • Experience with IFS or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with Enable workflow.
