About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will oversee the milestone process to ensure timely stock delivery. You will assess and report on global progress, drive the 3-year financial plan, and manage the trade and promotional calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the milestone process to ensure timely stock delivery
  • Assess and report on global progress of each brand's strategies
  • Drive the 3-year financial plan to reflect brand and country strategies for future growth
  • Manage the trade and promotional calendar
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create and maintain functional blueprints

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in a retail environment, ideally in buying, planning, or supply chain functions
  • Confidence in analytical skills to make high-impact insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and coach a team to achieve results
  • Strong written presentation skills, ideally with frameworks or blueprints
