Senior Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Bonds Geelong Store.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of approximately $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience, based on the industry standard for retail management roles in Victoria.

About the Role
  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
  • Succession plan your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use your discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understand Stock Management processes and prioritize tasks.
  • Provide coaching and on-the-spot feedback to your team members.
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive business results.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and stock management principles.
  • Ability to provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
