Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MES Technical Lead to join our team at GFG-Alliance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, maintenance, support, and administration of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across multiple manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of MES engineers, analysts, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of MES applications, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality control, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and adhere to technology standards and governance controls.
  • Stay current with industry trends in MES technology and manufacturing processes, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
