Site Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent role with opportunities for regional travel.

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities and act as a point of escalation for critical and non-critical events.
  • Manage subcontractor packages of works, including on-site coordination between work fronts and different disciplines.
  • Coordinate material delivery, tracking, and reporting.
  • Conduct quality inspections and review of works, including ITP completion.
  • Track daily progress and productivity and report.
  • Provide input to the program for both completed activities and look ahead.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other relevant studies.
  • Relevant experience on civil construction projects.
  • Sound understanding of MRPV/VIC ROADS specifications.
  • Confidence working closely with key stakeholders and managing client interactions.
  • Clear driver's license and own transport.
  • Ability to work away from home on a roster for remote projects.
