About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a central analytics function and manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Transforming the Fund's use of data and analytics for decision-making in line with our data strategy.
  • Managing a hub-and-spoke model to support Domains in meeting their advanced analytics needs.
  • Developing the careers and supporting the professional growth of your team members.

You will also be responsible for providing requirements for data/analytics assets, tools, and repositories to the Technology team and managing interactions.
