As the Head of Technology, you'll be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling our global marketplace, leveraging cutting-edge API/Microservice/Event-driven architectural patterns.

This is an unparalleled opportunity to shape the future of workplace safety and build a greenfield platform from scratch. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with commercial and operations peers to drive innovation and growth.

**About You:**

- You have a proven track record as a hands-on CTO or technical leader in a high-growth environment, preferably in FMCG, Marketplace, or eCommerce.

- You're a pragmatic and thoughtful leader who can balance strategy with execution, always putting the customer first.

- Your passion for improving workplace safety and your ability to drive business outcomes will shine through in everything you do.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

- Be the technical authority for our global marketplace, guiding the development of API/Microservice/Event-driven architectures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key customer and partner requirements, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

- Build and manage a lean tech team, working with external development partners to drive innovation and growth.
