We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged Care Worker in the Hornsby area. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.

- You must be passionate about assisting our elderly community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- You should be able to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to seek support from your Manager.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, is essential.
