Job Summary

We are seeking an Inclusion Integration Aide to provide educational support to students with additional learning needs in a positive and inclusive school environment. This role requires an individual who is able to work collaboratively with teachers, education support staff, students, and parents to provide individualized support and develop strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as those with challenging behaviors;
  • Follow strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and communicate effectively with teachers and parents;
  • Work cooperatively with the Inclusion Learning Specialist, Inclusion Admin Coordinator, and Business Manager to achieve optimal student outcomes;
  • Utilize office systems, software, and technical equipment to support student learning and administrative tasks;
  • Promote a positive and respectful school culture by demonstrating a commitment to professional learning and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires an individual who possesses:

  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate and collaborate effectively with members of the school community;
  • A high level of organisational skills, adaptability, and creativity;
  • Proficiency in the use of office systems, software, or technical equipment relevant to the position;
  • Capacity to work cooperatively with a range of people, including teachers, education support staff, students, and parents.
