Key Responsibilities:
  • We're looking for someone to work with our Global HR Systems Business team on business improvement projects, advising on system capability and IT processes.
  • You'll serve as our IT lead representative and liaison between HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders for design and implementation projects.
  • Your task will be to ensure all People systems, including integrations, are robust, resilient, sized correctly and fit for purpose.
  • You'll manage relationships with third-party vendors to support system enhancements, availability and augment resources within the team.
  • Ensure all documentation in relation to system configuration is kept up to date and current.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, functional and configuration skills in Workday Human Capital Management modules and Business Process Configuration using condition rules, calculated fields, and custom notifications. They will also have management and leadership skills and a passion for developing their team.
