We are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences. As a Carer, you will work collaboratively with residents and their families to provide personal care that reflects their unique needs and preferences.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure the best possible resident experience and teamwork. You will also need to embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's goals and preferences.

About the Role
  • Provide personal care to residents, working collaboratively with them and their families
  • Deliver high-quality care that reflects the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Encourage the wellbeing and independence of residents by supporting them to engage in preferred activities and interests
  • Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's goals and preferences
  • Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
